Anyway, hoping to get a good bit done today again, plan is to have a tidy house by friday and then we're away for the weekend. Hoping to bring bicycles and all with me. :rotfl:

Upstairs all tidied earlier today and rather than flying in the house, I cleaned the car out after the tip run and gave it a treat as I had offered to drive a friend to see Les Mis!rables tonight (wow, have you seen it? Two and a half hours of Hugh Jackman - will have some lovely dreams tonight!!!)

    My nephew's in it!! :j:D
Ok he's only an extra but he's still in it, I'm such a proud Auntie :D Still haven't been to watch it yet though :o

TMD you don't need paper cases with the mini muffins.

Can't decide what to do today, have a sore throat so may just pop to the shops but mainly be here fluttering.

    Morning all :D

Pigpen Definitely sounds like you caught her out :rotfl:

Well DD and I both overslept again this morning :o She climbed into my bed to listen to the news at 6.30 as her feet were chilly and the next thing I know its 7am  Chased her to get her breakfast, I stretched to ease my backache and it was 7.30:eek::eek: However DD still managed to get sorted and out by 7.45!!!?!?! How I have no idea, but she has eaten, and she washed and stuff so I'm impressed again :)

I was supposed to be going straight out this morning with DD to hit Mr A's before all the parents/students but my phone was on 2% battery so I'm waiting for that to charge before I go. Then the plan is to get the ironing done, and clean the livingroom since the bathroom won't take long :) Off to juggle money around accounts.

  • Good morning ladies  My first job this morning was "decluttering" a jar of HM damson jam from the top floor onto the kitchen tiles below :o I've swept up the sticky glass, but need to mop, and wash my slippers :o

I've made pancake batter (off to see Life of Pi this afternoon, so no time later) and been for a run, so will have a shower, then start cleaning windows ........... skips off humming ukulele tunes

Morning everyone. Only things left on lists for me are cleaning last couple of work surfaces in kitchen and I'd like to mop the kitchen and LR floors, but it won't be today now. Paid stuff beckons and I have another trip to the vet with SickDog to fit in.

    Have a great day everyone.
