    I don't know where the school lunch menu is but its probably somewhere safe
    And as soon as you find it you'll remember putting it there :D.

    Back to work today. I was relieved to find that my line manager hasn't even begun the job I was fretting about not having finished, and that data I was worrying about not having provided was missing from a number of people after I had submitted it.

    The lesson?

    Not much MFW action today, or pony progress other than DH getting his examining expenses in. I'm on training on Wednesday which I'm looking forward to.

    So today I'm grateful for

    * not being last at handing work in
    * my parents
    * Dave Ramsey archived shows on t'internet, learned some stuff about not whingeing today
    * my neighbour who is teaching DD1 piano
    * only having to mark one piece of coursework today.

    A little rushed as have to go collect fireplace.

    DH sold some ebay books and the buyer hasn't paid. Boo!

    No other money news today, but a crazy day at work. More to do later.

    Today I am grateful for

    * having a job
    * students who say "thankyou" after every lesson
    * that the meeting finished before 5pm today
    * that I managed to get one of my tutor group to open up and chat to me
    * for the fact that my lab wasn't trashed after I was off sick.

    Hi, just found/ read your diary and am popping to day hello (waves).

    Good luck on the pony hunting. I had horses for 30 yers and I SO understand the difficulties in finding sane ones!

    We joined the MSE energy club too. Am really interested to see how it goes. Well done you, for alreading being on the right tariff!

    hi, I'm liking your 5 positives for the day...I might borrow that idea from you if I may? It might jolly me out of my February gloom! I have to say, until today, your username had me conjuring up visions of alchemists, and clever boffins with mad hair and test tubes. today, I saw it in a very different way:rotfl:I might just go back to the start of your diary and see which is right:D

    Lois it's just a state comprehensive.
    Though I really should say it's a state comprehensive and aren't they all doing a fabulous job despite Gove?]

    catshark tbh I was staggered about the leccy. I have limited faith in comparison sites.
    My baby has just been testing me on bit accessory recognition....I failed!!

    Octobergirl please do. It's an idea I stole myself from old style. I do have some mad scientist elements (love a fireball) but Alchemilla Mollis is my favorite plant.
