Today I am grateful for
* 43 bales of hay stashed for the winter
* an organised, clean hay store
* I got to go in a pen with three very friendly adult pigs
* Mr T deliveries, expecting one this evening, went as far as we could with the storecupboard challenge!
* the small boy is himself again.0 -

There are two other reception rooms which are both 'sitting rooms" so there is the option for a dining room.
Our main issue is that the garden is small compared with the size of the house. I think!
Got a call from Phil the farmer to say do we want to buy hay off the field (cheaper) as he has just baled it so we are off to buy the Plops' winter rations this afternoon. Hope it stays dry
Also a tip run planned and clear out the hay store. I am so good at stock rotation when it is hay!
5 months isn't too long, have you had many viewings? Any offers yet?Alchemilla wrote: »House !!!!!!.
Not, I should say, in my budget.

Love the location and land but can't say the interior does anything for me; it's far too modern.
I spend far too long looking at houses, even though moving is not on the cards for us. One of my current favourites is this: http://www.bagshaws.com/property-detail.asp?propref=B112072018 totals:

Love that house, Alex, but think of the running costs!
Day one of pony club mini camp. Everyone and everything is soaking wet but cheerful. Storecupboard challenge back to day #1.0 -
I have killed off Alchemilla with a dose of the deadliest poison in my repertoire and am coming back as smallholdingsister. Time for a new diary, this one got a bit unwieldy. Xxx0
