    Cool on sacking the agent. Find another! Pal just sold her house with 3 days of putting it with an agent - was on the market for 9 months with previous agent. Hope you are similarly blessed with house selling luck.
    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
