Nothing like a viewing to get everything done. I had 45 minutes notice when we sold our first house. I wasn't dressed when they rang and 45 minutes later I was presentable and everything else had been chucked in a drawer or cupboard.

The viewer bought the house :)

So seven and a half person hours have been assigned to the job this morning.

You might think that means perfect prep but it jst reflects the state of our house!

Lovely wedding yesterday. Smart but happy and relaxed.

No one else from work went, the rotten lot.

Day # 9 (I think) of storecupboard challenge, though we might need milk soon.

    Good luck today :)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Thank you. Flipping agent brought them seventy minutes early.
    They are so getting sacked.

It is amazing how much there is still to do after ten person hours.

Argh! Were you ready for them? Work within houses is just never ending.

Hope it went well though Al and you can find us some more houses to choose from!

Thanks. Being child free we did just drive by a really yummy one on exmoor.

I was reduced to dusting the piano with my jumper sleeve as we left!
  • Good luck with the viewings. Sounds as if things have been crazy but fun. X
Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D
