Nothing like a viewing to get everything done. I had 45 minutes notice when we sold our first house. I wasn't dressed when they rang and 45 minutes later I was presentable and everything else had been chucked in a drawer or cupboard.

You might think that means perfect prep but it jst reflects the state of our house!

Good luck with the viewings. Sounds as if things have been crazy but fun. XPaid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D0
