    Today I am grateful for
    * I *could* have got wetter while out with the Plops
    * The joy on DD1's face as she bombed up a field on her
    * DH did some housework
    * Seeing friends tomorrow AND doing summer school
    * DH did the kids' dinner.

    Well I think it went ok.
    Animals behaved as expected. Very fun but very intense.

    Friends visiting so lovely to catch up.

  • Just looked at the house in Kentisbeare. I love it just as it is.
    Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
    Still thrifty though, after all these years:D

    I wouldn't change much either.
    Still the house sale is a limp lettuce so I won't have the opportunity.

    Lie-in this morning, then I need to pick up Ponyplops provisions and deliver them to camp. Afternoon will be spent on the cross country course again.

    The day is looking promising.

    eta I am back on faceache now. Hoping brodiebobs, Gally or Pavlovs might see this.

    Faceache :rotfl: I abandoned it when I got ill in December, and never went back - nothing spoke to me, though I've recently seen photos of my old high school from the 1960s that look quite sweet :eek:
    2023: the year I get to buy a car
