Love the gardens - not loving the chintz-iness throughout so much!!
Hope weather improves, Al. Was lovely here yesterday (after a soggy Fri) and then I awoke to rain earlier - which looks like it's here on-and-off for the next 3 daysSoggy summer hols (although nothing can be worse for me than 2007 summer hols when Glos had torrential rain on day 1 with floods and we ended up with no mains water for 16 days!!!!! (and no elec for just over 24 hours))

I love that house! Obviously needs updating now, but there's plenty of room for that. Gorgeous.
Not stair rods here, but fairly heavy and constant - difficult to do much without getting really soaked. I'm not stepping out to the shops, no way no how!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

Gardens are beautiful. It would take a fair few £ to renovate though.

Nice house, I can see the potential after some updating. I do wonder why they left that heater plugged in for the photos though.0

I noticed that and thought probably to air it as the aga was off. You could say the same about the candlewick bedspreads!
I think 80k to renovate. I would keep that fabulous kitchen and bathroom though. Just embrace the craziness.
Liddly done. Plops out next.0 -
Love the house. Would keep the kitchen too...would change bathroom but love the potential.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0
