How long has your house been on the market?
The problem I found when looking for a house as a buyer is that looking at room dimensions and pictures online is OK but you only get a real 'feel' for the house upon viewing. Does the house have a separate dining room or is the kitchen the only place to eat?2018 totals:
Savings £11,200
Mortgage Overpayments £5,5000 -
Hi Alex. It has been on since March.
There are two other reception rooms which are both 'sitting rooms" so there is the option for a dining room.
Our main issue is that the garden is small compared with the size of the house. I think!
Got a call from Phil the farmer to say do we want to buy hay off the field (cheaper) as he has just baled it so we are off to buy the Plops' winter rations this afternoon. Hope it stays dry
Also a tip run planned and clear out the hay store. I am so good at stock rotation when it is hay!0 -

Things from AF that we never waste
wraps
naan bread
anything atkins and potts
red/brown sauce
Things that are not a good buy
3 kilos of water chestnuts(!)
a sack of flour when a certain dog gets her head in it, despite is having three clothes pegs on it.
