Hi
new to this so not sure if doing this right, have tried to find out info but so much on internet hard to understand.
I had a corporate Amex card when I worked for a company during the time I had a relationship breakdown and as such for a couple of years my head was not in the right place. after i had left the company I was contacted and told I owed £1000 on the card.
eventually this went to a county court judgement and was ordered to pay £100 per month to Steven drake .. There were thousands of pounds interest added to the debt I have been paying the standing order now for many years and have never had a statement from either Amex or Stephen drake I believe I must be close to the debt being paid.. At the time i was not in the right mind to dispute the extra charges and as it was a ccj thought i had no rights but am now wondering if I can dispute these excess charges? any advice would be greatly appreciated.0 -
I think you need to speak to a solicitor rather than some random people on a forum...| Amex & Foursquare Hoarder |Cashback & Points (26/02/13)

hey,
I have a lloyds amex and used it in HOF on the 7th Feb and have not had the credit (the purchase is showing up and I've used these offers successfully at other places before).
How long would you wait for the HOF credit?
Who would you contact at amex about it?
thanks!0 -
I'd wait 2 weeks and then contact Amex via your online account (preferable) or via https://sync.americanexpress.com/foursquare/customerservice. The first is preferable because they have your card details straight away and can apply a manual credit faster.
A lot of people have been reporting delays so there may have been a problem with their system recently.| Amex & Foursquare Hoarder |Cashback & Points (26/02/13)

Probably just for filtering content and/or certain venues (pubs, gentleman's clubs etc) and of course for stats.| Amex & Foursquare Hoarder |Cashback & Points (26/02/13)

We tried to take advantage of this offer last month at Pizza Hut in Bracknell. Went onto Foursquare, checked in, clicked to load the offer. We spent about £35. Then when it was time to pay. They didn't take Amex!!!0
