Thanks code, that's amazing! I did not realise there was so many methods, wow. I'm gonna have to get some research done! I'll be grabbing an app, love me an app ( I'm an android girl ).
Intellectually I'm aware of how long it can take, but I'm pretty sure emotionally I'll be a different story, upto and including, telling myself off for being silly. I'm the same with weight loss ( another goal, mostly for me, a little for hypothetical minion ) I KNOW it'll take time, but I want to be thinner NOW!
Thanks for the welcomes, I was worried that since I'm still implanted ( but not for much longer:dance: ) I was getting ahead of myself. Now MARRIED!11/09/100 -

Not at all. It's good to prepare, especially with things like folic acid which you should take in advance early. There are some links on the first page which you might find helpful.
I hope you dont think I was being a downer. It's just people can get upset if they don't get their BFP in the first month because we're taught in school that as soon as you have sex without contraception you will get pregnant when the truth is there is such a small window and even if you do it right, the chances of getting pregnant are still only something like 21%.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Well done Code! 8lbs is fab!!
Hi Ashia - bet you are excited! Just read back - love the "How to kill your other half" convos. My DH is definitely not blessed in the "understanding ttc" department - because we did actually BD at the right time this cycle he is now convinced Im pregnant..!0 -

Not at all, I completely understand these things can take time. I'm pretty much the last in my group to do the baby thing ( I'll be thirty in February ) and I've watched people go through both sides of the coin. I also worked as a dispenser in a pharmacy and we had quite a few women going through IVF who needed someone outside to talk to, and I like listening. I think they were the bravest people, it's such a hard process to go through. Hmmmm, so all of that was a really looooong way of saying I know, but appreciate being reminded, because I'm sure ill forgot it in my desire for that elusive BFP! Although your right, at school it was pretty much indoctrinated into us that no contraception equals instant baby, but I think that's coz we had really high teen pregnancy rates.
P.s - congrats on the weight loss!!!!!Now MARRIED!11/09/100 -

I also worked as a dispenser in a pharmacy and we had quite a few women going through IVF who needed someone outside to talk to, and I like listening.
That's really funny! When I had IVF the lady in the hospital pharmacy was lovely. She knew whereabouts I was in the treatment just from looking at the prescription and was really supportive. When I got my +ve result she was genuinely excited (and gave me the next lot of prescriptions free even though I didn't have an exemption certificate yet). That cycle didn't work out in the end and we're contemplating another go - I hope the same person still works there if we do.
:T:T:T for you lovely pharmacy people.

Hi Ladies
I have a quick question:
I never get EWCMdoes that mean I wont be able to conceive??
I have been using the Clearblue OPK's for the last 2 months and have had a peak on both months but I don't get EWCM
