Trying for a Baby Part 9

Against all logic and experience, I still hope I'll be a surprise BFP! DH has been on the conception tablets now for almost 3 months, so I'm hoping that has helped things a bit. Of course, if I'm sealed up like a balloon, then I suspect his healthy little guys have nowhere to go.
My cycle looks like it will be super short this month, so I may even get two chances.0 -
Morning ladies
Not alot to report here, though I do keep reading and following along with how everyones doing, even if I don't always have time to post
Samtoby I'm very sorry to see you back here and hope that your stay with us won't be long ( in the nicest sense )
So I'm now 12 DPO and can't say I feel that much different to any other months so expecting AF will turn up as normal. Been feeling a little sickly and have had a massive appetite the last few days which is a bit different I suppose but trying not to read too much into it or get my hopes up as I have in the past and have always been disappointed in the endNew House... Just back from giving my CD21 (or in this case CD65) bloods. Not a great start because I was kept waiting for ages, then she couldn't find me on the computer so had to wait for another nurse to come and find me, and then I couldn't remember which doctor I'd seen.
TCD - that insanity workout sounds mental (haha). I saw it advertised and thought it looked quite good but I am too [STRIKE]tight[/STRIKE] frugal to actually pay that much for it so that would be appreciated. I've got callanetics which is pretty hard going (women used to actually cry during the ab exercises when I went to the classes) and I've also got the Jillian Michaels shred one in which she pretty much spends all her time telling you to look at the perfectly flat abs of one of the background girls and barking that nothing is for free while you sweat buckets and aim your air punches at her face.
Started week 2 of couch 2 5k today also, although its hard going when the dog runs past you in about 2 seconds and then walks in front of you trying to trip you up, or decides to poo, 2 seconds into your run which means you either have to run on the spot for 90 seconds in front of the poo or stop to pick it up. :rotfl::rotfl:
sophiasmum - if you want to get a kitten, go for it and don't let ttc stand in the way, but please don't do it if you're going to rehome the kitten when you get pregnant. I've seen that so many times with my friends and its so unfair. As for worrying about the baby eating the cat food it's probably wont do any long term harm. In fact, if you read the end part of this article you're probably doing them a favour.
Pretty much guessing it's going to be 52. My poor egg probably crumbled to dust by the time it released.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
While I would love to take credit for such a sweet suggestion, I'm pretty sure this was from Tea Lover!Yup! Although realistically it's going to be 53 maximum unless there's some sort of immaculate conception deal for me
.
:o:o Sorry! Fixed now. Must have added that one before I'd had my coffee that day.

Tia86 - thanks yes the appointment was really quick as currently I m in summer holidays and wanted to get at least a few appointments in before work starts.
I work as a lecturer and don't want to many days off during working weeks as it will be a disadvantage to the students who come only twice in a week.Saving goal for BTL mortgage - 28600 / 60000 ( July 2021) , 37600/60000 (December 2021) , 39300 / 60000 (august 2022) , 41000/60000 ( January 2023)0 -

Maybe we need two guesses - one that's likely, and one for those of us needing divine intervention;):D.
