    Hello everyone!

Just back from a lovely long weekend abroad. Feeling shattered today due to getting back late last night, but generally had a fabulous time. Only downside were 2 preggers people in the group - one who announced she had just done her preg test the morning of the day we arrived(!) and the second who is my friend I've mentioned before who said several times that her and her husband must be "super-fertile". Tried not to get upset about it, but it is just so insensitive and I know I will always be super careful about what I say if/when I do get my own BFP now.

Hugs to Samtoby and Betty - really sorry you are here and hope you are holding up ok. Same for you Purcy - what a horrible thing to have to go through x

Angel - your lubricant drama made me snort my coffee, but glad to hear it was ok in the end!

Mrs TM, please can I be updated to 3DPO. Don't think we have much chance this month due to being away without DH around OV
    .
  • Code - sorry this is a bit late but cocodamol is fine to take, just avoid profen xx
  • hello could I join you :) i had an early miscarriage at 6 weeks, 5 weeks ago and have just had my first period since the mc, so am ready to go now, (I think?). I'm taking the sanatogen trying to concieve vitamins, the 'mum to be' ones.

I find all this cycle and ovulation stuff quite confusing as iv never done it before, I wondered if anybody could recommend an iPhone app that I could track it on? I'm slowly learning! thanks.

Am 8dpo and I know brufen would help or failing that cocodamol. Do you think it's ok to take these in 2ww?

code - this probably isn't sound medical advice but I take prescription-only co-codamol every day, without fail. It's the only thing that gets me through the day. I've been told that's ok, but to avoid NSAIDs (eg. ibuprofen) wherever possible. Obviously that's just what I've been told, not medical advice for everyone! You could always ask a pharmacist, although I find people will tend to err on the side of caution and advise you give it all a miss.

Hello all, not been posting much recently so sorry about that, just feeling pretty down about the whole thing.. hope your all keeping well. :)

At least I'm out of the wine and chocolates zone, but sorry for anyone else in there.. Have a weekend away camping this weekend but I'm not a fan of BDing in the tent, esp when friends are in the next tent! We'll just have to be every so quiet....

Hi Firey, sorry about your mc and huge hugs.

Coming to an iPhone app to track ovulation I use an app called clue.
For the first cycle it will average 28 days but as you enter data for the first month it will accommodate according to your cycle. It's really good tells you the days you will most fertile at the beginning of the cycle.

    I also use clearblue OPK's.

    Hi all

I haven’t read back as I’m at work and it’s a bit difficult, but just wanted to scrounge some hugs please. We got DH’s repeat SA results and they were not good at all. Count was 2 million per ml (total 2ml so 4 million), motility was 24%. This is comfortably within the range where they would just send you straight for ICSI.

Our normal GP is on holiday at the moment so we have an appointment to see him when he’s back on 22 August. Going to be a long wait.

I think it’s time I joined the other thread really, I’ve only charted for 11 months but was NTNP for ages before that and clearly I'm in it for the long run now.

Hope the rest of you are having a better day! x

    hi al,
*many hugs* Angeltreats, it must be a shock to you. The ladies on the other thread are going through different things, but a couple of us there are dealing with male issues too.
