Anyone with net flix who needs a laugh watch the baby makers this weekend!0

I'm imagining your game is like that board game the game of life, where you have to travel about with a car, get a job, house etc & stick blue & pink pins in to show how many babies you had. My main objective was always to collect as many pink pins as possible.
Yeah but I LOVE the Game of Life (Simpsons version rocks), whereas this 'game' sucks big time! :rotfl:xx0 -
Today he told me he tried cutting out a hole in his pants so his balls could hang out in the cold- I found them in the bin & he said yeah it didn't work, it was weird. So he had to throw them out :rotfl:
*goes and gets scissors and all of OH's pants...* That's brilliant. I was seriously contemplating seeing if a google search brought anything up for ball coolers but I've restrained myself so far. There's only so much you can torment the poor bu ggers with! He's already lost his hot showers and budgie smugglers... :rotfl:
I think the basic thing to recognise about TTC is that nobody seems to have a definitive answer for anything. It's like the Daily Mail's health columnists are writing all the rules- everything and nothing gets you pregnant/ doesn't get you pregnant . It truly is just chance which for control freaks like me is gutting!0 -
Code I think you've summed things up perfectly we all take a different path around the board but don't seem any closer to the finish. Big hugs to you it's soooooo frustrating x
Btw is anyone else peed off with the new Argos ad? Even the blummin aliens are having a baby before me!
Hugs to all
I was so miffed when I saw the aliens had got pregnant, my OH thought I had finally lost the plot!!

Sorry I haven't posted much lately, just haven't had much to update on.
Hope everyone's okay!0 -
Evening all!
Mrs T_M, could I please ask to be added to the lists CD1. Never been so pleased to start a cycle. I'm still not supposed to get pregnant for a couple of months (doctors orders) but I think I can get back to cycle tracking. I need to see if I can identify if/when I ovulate.
Feeling optimistic, which is nice for the first time in a while. I will enjoy it while it lasts.0 -

Man and woman lovingly eating cheese slop off a plate... baby starts crying and they quickly pack everything away as philly is SO convenient that new parents must have it. I have no idea what the connection is between cheese slop and babies... F you Kraft....
OH nearly walked out of Fast & Furious 6 (terrible film- I wish he had so I could've left too) within the first 3 mins as one of the characters has a baby.
Code- your description is exactly right. TTC= an incredibly depressing game of jumanji...
Angeltreats. I take inositol all cycle. If you don't mind me asking did your friend just have IVF/ICSI or did she pay for any of the extras that they offer? We're on the list for ICSI and it kills me whenever I see that it's failed for people.
I hate that stupid philly advert too. Plus they eat one mouthful so it must be yucky.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -

Mrs tm I got an email saying if I do a telephone questionnaire ill get another £10 so I'm doing that on Monday.
Ohh, hope that I get that e-mail as well! That would mean DH would only be paying £20 for the sewing machine instead of the £30 that it will be after the vouchers now.Evening all!

Added you on!
After having a very productive day, I'm having a horrid feeling evening/night. I think my AF hormones have hit and hit hard. I feel like crying. We went through our finances tonight and even though DH proved that we will have enough to pay for my indefinite leave to remain, I'll be terrified of not being able to get it until I have it in my hands. Not knowing if the government will let you stay with your family or not is very terrifying. We are supposed to be applying for the ILR at the end of next March.
I also keep feeling like I should get a job so that DH doesn't feel as stressed about our finances (even though we are putting some away into savings every month). It seems that I'm either over or under qualified for anything around here, and they haven't opened up the new IVF clinic here yet, so I can't even ask if they have any job openings. It all just makes me want to curl up and cry my eyes out.0 -
