Pickle - great test results. What's the next step?

Rather depressingly "wait"... IVF would be the next step he said, but we aren't there yet..

I seem to have super massive PMT today, thanks Clomid, dog just scratched sofa with his dog toy and I exploded..

Mrs tm why not look for a part time job in a shop or something until something in your science field/Ivf comes up? Then you wouldn't have to worry about not making appointments etc

I agree with code just having something else to take your mind off things is great. Plus like your DH says you can save for a house etc

You could plan a holiday, or use it for anything really. Buying your craft stuff etc

You could always start off by volunteering in a charity shop to boost your confidence? Or any type of volunteering in your area. It's very rewarding.

Ooh plus just thought - best to do it now if youre getting a paid job to make sure you get maternity pay! That will be about £500 a month.

I'm sunbathing at the moment. Come on ov!!

    Hello Ladies

Becca - not sure if you're still updating the front page. If you are, please could I be taken off the list? Thank you!

If anybody remembers me from earlier in the year, highlight the text below for an update.

After trying last year OH and I were NTNP since I passed the date for maternity leave on my PhD in March. We got a BFP today! PhD is due in 3 months' time - eek!

    Hugs to all xx

    Congratulations Lara! :j

So sweet of you to be considerate of people's feelings in your post but really there's no need to hide such lovely news when you were an active member of this post before NTNP. (I remember you from my lurking days)

Do you think the NTNP (I.e. the dreaded "just relax") worked for you then? Wish I could try that but I'm just too much of a control freak!

Good luck finishing your phd xxx
