The girl has most likely moved on, the OP needs to do the same. If someone says they don't love you anymore you don't start bombarding them with cards, letters and songs and you certainly don't show up to their place of work like the OP plans to do.

You're just making assumptions. For one, we don't know whether things were exactly the same the second time or whether it was new issues that got her to break it off again. You don't know that it will be the same in 6 months time. Some people need to be hit on the head a few times before things seek in, but sometimes when they do, they really do make the change. Who says he is refusing to learn from his mistakes. He clearly is since he is trying to do something he believes she would appreciate that he never did before. The problem is the timing, whether it might be too late. I wouldn't blame her if she has turned the page for good, but then OP said that she did say she still loved him (but she wasn't in love with him any more), so without knowing her or even have her putting her side here, who knows, she might be over the moon. He has nothing to lose by giving it one more go. I would even if I thought my chances were next to none, but then I'm tenacious and don't give up easily. That attitude has paid off many times in life (without ever be done for harassment )

Re-read the whole thread, she left because she was fed up of him not doing anything and making excuses, he promised to change and she went back and six weeks later he fell back into his old ways of not doing anything making excuses. Not assuming anything, just going by the OP's own words.

The OP said after begging her for another go, she took him back, he changed for a few weeks then he slipped back and never made an effort again.
