Just read your post Kazwookie thinking smugly that I've never had a problem with them, and changed the black cartridge on mine.

Anyone know how to get black ink off a hand?

I'm not at all sure I made any sense at the Doctors, but he has signed me off for another month with the idea that after that I do a 'phased return'. As work don't seem to be speaking to me at the moment, that should be fun to plan. Have just about calmed down from being a nervous wreck. That'll start again once I've posted my sick note 'cause I guess my boss may now contact me!

Have managed two HHCs in the bathroom and toilet. Not up to a white handkerchief inspection, but cleaner than they were. I have however, broken the vacuum cleaner - I am totally unsure what is wrong with it, other than it keeps blowing the casing apart. That's a Mr B job for his day off tomorrow.

And a very happy birthday to Mumof2.

Thank you to whoever said they had put their washing out to blow dry. I shifted all mine outside, and everything bar a paid of trousers I didn't put out are now dry. This now means I have a h-u-g-e pile of ironing.

Off to start making a real shepherd's pie - half for tonight and half for the freezer. Then I need to sort through a paper hotspot.

Many thanks for all the birthday wishes! I've had a lovely day - done hardly anything from my list but can catch up during the week; your birthday only comes once a year doesn't it and I really don't want to spend it cleaning bathrooms :)

Don't think hardly anything has moved from my list - I have done some washing, vacuumed downstairs and done a typing job. That's it - off out for a pub dinner now then quiet evening with DH :grinheart

Level one and two of today's list done.

Just got the dishes to wash and that's me done for tonight.

Took cat to the vet this morning and he is fine now.

    Dusty that is sooo cute!

Kaz, I would buy a new one :o

And lol at inky hands, I shouldn't laugh as I'm bound to do something daft now.

Here's a thing - posted on techie forum - my tv DVD combi isn't working. Well, just the DVD bit, it says invalid disc. The discs work fine in the other machine. I've cleaned lens with one of those DVD things and blasted it with the hair dryer on cool, in case of dust. Any other suggestions?

Kiddies home and snacking, DD has eaten two lots of fish pie at lunch and two lots of scrambled egg on toast at tea. So am guessing its just my food she doesn't like???

DS said he doesn't love me :( not sure why, he just said he misses daddy. It would be his birthday tomorrow. Not sure how I feel about it really. But inlaws will be over tomorrow night for DS swimming lesson, so at least I won't be on my own.

ETA he does love me now. And on Sundays :)

I'm so pleased he's decided he loves you Bossy. :D And on Sundays? Bonus! ;) Aw gawd you're going to set me off now. Big hugs at bedtime ;)

I didn't get that pants pile put away but I did get the ironing done. Also washed the dogs' bed and rubbed down the paintwork in kitchen and cleaned floor :)

Looking forward (am I weird!?) to tomorrows list. Thanks for doing them!
