  • Hi there - I'm in again and thank you to Natty for the lists, and Dusty for last week. I don't always follow them but they do often remind me of tasks I'd either forgotten or not even thought about!

Woke up with a bad head/neck today, so had some painkillers first thing, but I coloured my hair (the long shower after perked me up a bit) and have made 2 x SC meals, one curry and one with a tomato/chicken base. This means there wil be a meal when I get in from work and I can relax. I don't fel like going but will see how I am when there. Just had some more painkillers with a bit of toast.

I've also S & S bathroom and OH did kitchen.

Yesterday we pulled out seating and cleaned all the conservatory, pulled out the desk and tables in the dining area, cleaned all in there and re-potted two huge plants, and got rid of some clutter, so the place is looking better.

Good wishes all round, and it's nice to hear you are getting some help Skint - you go steady.

Special thoughts for Lady Liberty for a peaceful day.

Mumof2, Happy Birthday wishes to you! Here's to a great day. R x

    Howdy

Computer "says no" so whilst it's changing it's mind, I did a hhc :T

Monday Madness- Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Clean floors in these rooms[/STRIKE]
    Level Two
[STRIKE]Clean baths, toilets, don't forget under the rim! and sinks[/STRIKE][STRIKE]
    Clear any clutter from desk
Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!!
Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc[/STRIKE]
    Level Three
Wash your bathroom mats, nets, clean blind/curtains etc
Wipe down tiles in bathroom.. defragment your pc while doing this. (Engineer is doing a rebuild for me this week, so will leave this)
[STRIKE]Empty and clean out all the upstairs bins! (the proper bins not the rooms that look like bins!)[/STRIKE][STRIKE]
Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required
Clear a mega hotspot!.. shred it.. and fling it.. or just burn it! [/STRIKE]

Please can we keep a candle alight for LL so that she doesn't suffer too much and can keep on fighting. Done!

Very productive. Also at lunchtime I cracked out the power drill and took down the casing of the old shelf that I bashed out of DS cupboard yesterday. I then drilled holes and used wall plugs and everything, to put a new hanging rail up! And I vacced up all my dusties from drilling :T

I located the canvas hanging sweater organiser, now assembled and filled with pj's, socks and undercrackers, and returned all his clothes. Result, one nice neat wardrobe that doesn't crumple all his clothes anymore as they have room to hang! Hurrah!

(It does need the old holes filling, and I am toying with the idea of painting the interior, but I'll sort that when I actually start decorating...)

    Afternoon all :)

Isn't it nice to see the sun shine, even if it is still perishing outdoors (and indoors come to that!)

Well, I'm in this week, for the past week or so I've been "in-ish" but concentrating on finishing up some bits n bobs.

My paperwork piles of doom, are shrinking, again, going to give them a good go at this week ... one day my office will not look like an overflowing intray (or several !!)

Monday Madness- Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
    Level One
Clean floors in these rooms - well, wiped floor over in the bathroom, but the study is more of a challenge!

    Level Two
Clean baths, toilets, don't forget under the rim! and sinks - sink and under-rims done

Clear any clutter from desk- wip !

[STRIKE]Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!![/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc[/STRIKE]
    Level Three
Wash your bathroom mats, nets, clean blind/curtains etc
Wipe down tiles in bathroom.. defragment your pc while doing this.
[STRIKE]Empty and clean out all the upstairs bins! (the proper bins not the rooms that look like bins!)[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required[/STRIKE] - I've been meaning to do this for weeks, so it's just on it's 2nd go in the WM :)

[STRIKE]Clear a mega hotspot!.. shred it.. and fling it.. or just burn it! [/STRIKE] - ongoing :)

Extra mission: Pick whichever you want to attempt:
    [STRIKE]
    • Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms
    • Wipe down the doors and frames in these rooms.
    [/STRIKE]
    • clean the radiators in these rooms
    • [STRIKE]Fling all those empty bottles and tubes[/STRIKE]

    I've also:

    Sorted washing into ironing / non-ironing x 3
    WM x 2
    TD x 2
    DW x 1

And Happy Birthday to the youngest dusty boy :)

Thinking of you Mrs_B for your appointment later xx

Witchy some men are complete cretins and you are well rid xx

I've only been vaguely pottering so far today as I had very odd dreams which kept waking me up and it took a while each time to get back to sleep, for the odd dreams to return... So I woke up exhausted this morning!! Thank goodness for coffee :)

    Right. Must crack on.
