Happy sunday all, a quick UU to report Organic surge bergamot(?) or something shampoo, it was okay and did the job WNBA though as the smell wasnt amazing and I dont think it did wonders for my hair. Really glad to have it gone as now it's back to some bumble and bumble which I know I like.
Am hopefully going to be UU some handcream that I although wasnt greasy and felt nice, I wasnt a fan of the smell so am using it as footcream atm.
It's snowing here but not settling so we might go to sainsburys and then possibly nip into B00ts for some baby bit - I have a few things on my list to get that I've run out of but hoping I dont get sucked into buying anything else, it's a small one so hopefully not! Hope everyone else has a lovely day!
Oh and forgot to say I picked my swap up from the PO the other day! Thank you, lots of things I havent tried and loved the cute little bag, so thank you swap buddy!! I really enjoyed this, I might see on the fb group if anyone else would like to another one xNo buying un-necessary toiletries challenge - Start total: 235. Current total: 273!!0 -
2 UUs and 1 TA today.
UUs:
Boots Gorgeous Feet foot cream: WMBA, this was ok but I could just use a body butter.
John Frieda Luxurious Volume shampoo: WBA, this is my HG but I noticed they've changed the packaging and say the formula is changed so I hope they haven't ruined it!
TA:
Tresemme Root Boosting spray: this does absolutely nothing for me and I'm not even halfway through with a year of use. Mousse is really the only thing that gives my hair any lift.0 -

Nivea Pure and Natural Body Milk, 5ml - WBA, nice cheap and does the job

Kadison, you may find over time that you don't need a separate eye cream when using the PCMC. Don't get suckered in by the Keeley sales pitch on QVC. Give it a go and see if you feel you still need an eye cream.
Are you using PCMC day and night? I don't as a) I'd find it too costly to use it at night as well and b) I use a more creamy moisturiser at night time (HG for me is Liz Earle Skin Repair).
Thankfully, I was not aware of the Flash Sale! I did however go to John Lewis yesterday as MrM was picking up my birthday pressie (Google Nexus Tablet - am v excited and can't wait for Thursday to have a play with it) and did buy 2 bottles of OPI. Bought a full sized Nein Nein Nein for me and a bottle of Polka.com for Emma.
We seem to be on the same wavelength this morning! I was going to head up the Q TSV for the girls looking for PCMC, and immediately before signing in here I was reading reviews of the Nexus on *mazon, my netbook now has a couple of characters that won't work, I started off looking at Kindle Fire and then saw a rec for the Nexus, I will be interested to learn how you get on with it (after Thursday, of course:rotfl:)
Weather here foul today, I am still slobbing in pj's and dressing gown, but must get into gear. OH is doing some decorating as it is to wet for his usual cycling gang meet up, so I think I will escape to Mum's for a couple of hours, we seem to rub each other up the wrong way when he is DIYing:eek:The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. I had wanted a Kindle to read on the bus on the way to work however the Fire does pretty much the same as any other tablet. It looks easy enough to download the Kindle app as well.
Am trying not to watch L'occitane on QVC. Caught a snippet of the TSV before and think I could have been easily swayed however I've read this morning on st.com that the Laura Geller TSV has been changed. Originally the kit was identical to the one aired in the US and contained liquid foundation. It seems that QVC UK are swapping the liquid foundation for BnB and I think I'm gonna end up ordering it as I love BnB and am out of spackle altogether now. Here's hoping I get some birthday money. xxBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Hope you like your tablet Valm, my DH bought me the Asus one Christmas before last and I love it, its great for browsing the net etc. I did intend to read books on it as well have the kindle app on both my tablet and my S3, but just prefer holding a real book, so still carry books around everywhere so i can read on the bus etc.
The kindle app is really good though my dad bought a kindle in the summer as due to age he's struggling with printed books. He got an ipad mini at Christmas and has sold his kindle and just uses the kindle app on the iPad as he finds it easier on the eye.0
