Each individual who has contributed Uk Tax in the last 5 years gets £100,000. This would relieve alot of folk of overwhelming debts, permitting them to return money to economy instead of to banks, and struggling with paydays etc. It also encourages spending on cars/home improvements/holidays.
Debt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.

Although the cost for fuel has come down recently, it is still very high and detrimental to many homes and businesses and therefore detrimental to the economy. Fuel prices should fall in line with wholesale prices, and the tax on fuel should be reduced and recuperated elsewhere (e.g. cigarettes, alcohol).
I'd like to bet that Asheranti is a non smoking teetotaler, and would be shouting from the rooftops, if his/her favourite purchases were more heavily taxed.

The value of 1p and 2p coins is next to nothing nowadays. The only purpose they serve is to stop retailers from breaching the next pound barrier. It may also reduce the risk of goldfish injuries.

:mad:Remember the old adage: take care of the pennies and the pounds will take care of themselves. Get rid of the small coins and prices can only rise by minimum of 5p each time. On big ticket items this doesn't matter, but on groceries and other small items, it certainly does.
  • Fact we can recycle unused and unopened NHS issued drugs to Third World countries but we cannot reuse or recycle in our own country.

This wastes £thousands every year of NHS money - why not recycle these unused and unopened drugs to people who genuinely need medication and cannot afford prescription prices but do not qualify for free prescriptions!

Stop the waste and save vital jobs!
  • Stop supermarkets using BOGOF. They are high volume retailers, not wholesalers, so item prices should be unconditional. If they’re happy to sell two for the price of one, they should be happy to sell any number at half their artificial price. BOGOFF disadvantages the poor and elderly, and encourages waste.
  • Sack ATOS and give all claimants a fair and honest medical that truly represents their day to day abilities and conditions.
Make all forms easier to read and complete.
Give us enough money to live on we do not choose to live every day in pain and in poverty.
    Thanks

Make childcare more affordable by making all payments to childminders, nannies, etc. tax-deductible. Parents are effectively employing these people to look after their kids yet have to pay them out of taxed income. No commercial business pays its employees out of post-tax income. Why should people employing child minders have to?

Sadly their answer would be to sell everything at full price. Incidentally, what is the 'price' of any thing if they can sell it bogof or 'half'price?. Doesn't it just show us what a profit they make on everything?.

Any firm who has your card details can pay themselves from your account at will .

Your only remedy is to ask for it back afterwards .

Unexpected or unwarranted payments of annual charges can be an unreasonable burden .

Payments over a month apart should be authorisable only by the card-holder .

    49 words - well done !
