To guarantee cash back the transaction has to be completed 100% online.
The M&S offer on Quidco ends today. Mine tracked within 24 hours.
I might just wait and see if it tracks. Does the confirmation email contain anything useful?
The screen I got saying:
Sorry, we’ve had a problem sending your confirmation email. Please call us on 0800 294 3263* so we can sort this out for you.
also said (amongst other things):
Thanks for choosing us. We’ll start switching you over now. Here’s what to expect:
• We'll send you confirmation of your contract by post within the next few days.
so maybe the confirmation email failure is irrelevant? Then again, maybe that's just wishful thinking!Stompa0 -

Just a standard ' Thank you for your application ' .....what happens next.
As long as the application has been recorded on Quidco you can always enter a manual claim once you have an account number.
If you want to see if its recorded go through the motions of entering a cashback claim and it should be in a drop down list....but don't actually put in a claim yet.0 -
Well, having given M&S a call it appears that there was a glitch with just sending the confirmation emails (they've had lots of calls from customers about it), and this shouldn't affect the QuidCo cashback (though mine hasn't tracked yet). They assured me they would honour any deals where customers applied via third-party sites. There's a 10 working day cooling off period, so if it hasn't tracked by then I'll have to think again.Stompa0

I'm in the same boat. Did the process on Sunday night (2 hours before it ran out), and still not tracked on Quidco.
I also had the "couldn't email you" message.
Not sure what to do now :-\Check out my Ultimatcher40
