Hi burgesst. The same happened to me. M&S said I needed to get the meter changed first. I wondered whether to ask them if they would honour the offer if I did this as I applied whilst it was still available.

I'm a bit confused now ... left my meter readings on the phone line on swap day, but logging into my M&S Energy account now gives me ...
The M&S website does not display SSE accounts, please visit the SSE website - www.sse.co.uk - to view your accounts.
And all my info has disappeared ... the account numbers etc were previously there but have gone now.
Huh? Anyone else had this?0 -

I have done the same as you and now all account info has gone from the website, I have tried ringing the for the last hour but all call centres are closed due to staff being given important information.
I will keep trying as I want to know if they got my opening meter readings.If at first you don't succeed, sky diving is not for you!0 -

I have just got through on the phone and given my meter readings to a person not a machine, the readings I gave to the machine 3 days ago had not been registered.
Have gone on M&S energy site and it is still the same (not able to see anything) I then went on the SSE site and can log in using M&S log-in password etc. all the details are there although there is no mention of M&S and no tariff details, you can enter your meter readings on there.If at first you don't succeed, sky diving is not for you!0 -
There's still no way for me to enter the readings on there. I'll try and speak to a human tonight (which number did you use?) as I really need to get this recorded so I can get a refund of my British gas credit ...0
