Do you get the cashback AND them M&S vouchers? Or is it one or the other?

Its been almost 6 weeks since ive applied for the switch to M&S and still waiting. M&S said they have a huge back log. They couldn't give me any dead line either. Not a good start.

Started the switching process on 26th August from E.On; just got confirmation from M&S that they will start supplying me from 30th September and to submit meter readings. So 4-5 weeks from start to finish.

Just had my T&Cs booklet from M&S Energy and it says that after my application is processed, usually about 5 weeks, I will receive my vouchers, TCB is showing cashback too so fingers crossed for both .

Hi, I switched to M&S for both myself and my mother, mine is switching after 38 days , hers after 36 days.

Both tracked on Quidco within hours.

We both received the M&S vouchers on day 33 ( before the switch actually takes place ).

Has anyone signed up by the money saving expert club? I have an active switch in my club account but it did not ask for postal address details and I have heard nothing from M&S? Do they contact you via post or email and how long does it take? Thanks.

Hi, I did not switch via CEC as I did not want a third party to muck things up.

However I switched for myself and my mother via quidco link.

Received an email within an hour or so and welcome paperwork within 4/5 days.

If anyone has swapped using Cheap Energy Club did you get an email from M&S straight away or just a Cheap Energy Club acknowledgement?

Started the swap through cheap energy club on Friday. Just an acknowledgment from them saying they would forward the request to M & S. Nothing from them yet
