Put in a COMPLAINT through <Resolver> - that should get their attention.

  • How much are their standard rates, once the fixed deal finishes?

Their online refund system doesn't work, or it's blocking my refund.

I get a message saying your refund will be processed etc but never actually get a refund.

I have the months worth of usage which I know they refund but I want the surplus back. I'm not interested in the interest i want MY money.

Anyone else had problems with this? It's why i hate using DD with these robbing utility providers.

I've a feeling I'll be wasting my time here but see a few posts earlier.

Does this mean that if you 'phone them with a problem, you'll lose your £30/£60 on-line discount?

I have just renewed as love their customer service and easy to use app/web site for entering meter readings and changing monthly DD in advance, which has worked perfectly in my first year with them.I have renewed with a' manage online account' (lowest price offered for me) and phoned to ask exactly what it meant as it shows ' no phone' ' no emails' ( icons on the sign up screen) Was told it meant enter meter readings online only but can still phone or email if there are any problems with the account......with this new account my DD will drop by £10 per month.:)And there is no £30 x 2 should I choose to change suppliers .

I switched away in May and they were still taking money out of my account last month. In the end I got the bank to stop my payment, but at this point, I really have no idea if I am going to get that £700+ back that they owe me. Today they said it would be in my account within seven days. Last month they said the same thing too..

Switched from Ovo to another supplier in May 2015.

They continued taking DD. I ended up doing 3 indemnity guarantees to reclaim the money.

Requested final bill on over 10 occasions.

They are still billing me and threatening debt collection.

They are refusing to let me leave them, even though I left in May 2015

    Complaint passed to Energy Ombudsman.
