Was looking for a PAYG type deal, where I could add (the credit online) depending on use.
This sounds like a situation that might benefit from Utilita's 'no standing charge' PAYG tariff. The first two units each day are at an inflated price, so in effect you only pay the standing charge for days when you actually switch something on.
