Unfortunately I have been stung also by these scammers at instagamepoints.com. I paid for my gold membership by cash card (doh) and I have received nothing. Any ideas I have now cancelled my bank card and raising a fraudulent dispute. Never mind you live and learn.0

My oh has also been scammed. Sharing a screenshot of company and asking people to share on Facebook to avoid this company. Canceled card and hopefully can get back money from bank. What a bunch if jokers!!!!0

Hopefully everyone will get the money back & that the culprit gets caught so this will end so nobody else has to go through the same experience.0

I was scammed two weeks ago and posted on here then. Been reading through other replies and saw what they are now trading as. Just out of interest I logged in....and what do you know...I'm still there!! I used the same log in details as for instagamepoints and there I am. My order history still shows that I ordered a 12 month live sub. Don't care what they trade as JUST SEND ME MY CODE!!0

I had the same problem as others that have posted on this thread, I reported the site on Action Fraud (find this site via Google) and it appears to have been taken down the site now.
If you do the same and report the fraud they may have a better chance at catching these fraudsters.
If you paid via paypal their resolution centre should be able to try and get you a refund, I paid on my debit card but my bank has told me after 15 days they will try and get me a refund via Visa, the crime number you are given by Action Fraud should give you a more substantial claim.0 -
INSTAGAMEPOINTS have changed their web address to : instant-points.net be warned do not touch this new site.0

I just fell for this, had to cancel my card and everything.
Also, noticed my IP address logged on the support ticket, so I have had to reboot my router to renew my IP address, disable remote access, DynDNS etc.
This is going to catch a LOT of people unless Google stops the ads. :eek:0 -
wish i had seen this thread before. i ordered 1 yr online code, charge appeared on credit card statement. i got nothing, raised ticket (help desk call) tried to call no answer etc etc now website has gone. and i've now had to cancel my credit card. i would say it's a scam site. :mad:0

Well I have to admit I've been lucky as I've been refunded by my bank even though I paid with a debit card, so fair play to Yorkshire bank for that.
The fraud dept are dealing with it and I really hope these scammers get their just desserts.
I'd like to think I won't make the same mistake again and would urge anyone to make a google search to get a review from any reputable site before making purchases on the net.0 -
