I have had a reply back from the WebHost re looking into shutting them down , and also from GeoTrust to take their certificate away. But I know they will just move on to another WebHost, like they did the last time they were shut down.:hello:0

Also got a crime number via Action Fraud. Worth raising an incident with them..
Done.
Also, they are still giving positive responses on Norton and the score is going up. I am still downrating them, commenting negatively and directing people to simply look for the evidence elsewhere on the internet including here. And will continue to do so. They will soon probably be back here with positive comments about slightly delayed delivery, in which case I will be back with a suitable response.
Watchdog also notified.
On the plus side, money has been returned from my credit card. Now it's just personal.0 -
This is defo a scam IMO, placed an order yesterday & still waiting for my instant delivery via email. I have rung them 9 times since yesterday afternoon and everytime it goes to voicemail. So I followed the link to log a ticket with them, I did this and received no emial notification to say the ticket had been registered, so I went back to the ticket link to see if I could see that current status of the ticket, it asks for your e-mail address and and teh ticket reference, only problem is they never supply a ticket refence number. So I raised another ticket to make sure I hadn't missed anything and I was right first time, therefore you cannot track its progress. with that information I contatcted my bank and advised them I felt it was a scam. They told me that they had authorised the payment twice! but that the company hadn't taken the money yet. Once they take the money then my bank will raise a dispute to get the money back from the bank AC it goes to. Luckily my bank A/c covers me aginst online fraud so I will get my money back. Just wish I'd researched further and found all these comments first, feel a bit of muppet at the moment. Oh and their site has a review section, so i left a few, not one has been uploaded, only positive comments are allowed I guess. anyway I shall be stopping off at the supermarket to buy my x-box gold membership :T0

I wouldn't normally bother signing up for a single post but I am truly truly astonished that so many grown adults such as yourselves can get scammed so easily, and that too for the price difference of a few quid!?
Why and for what reason one would not be willing to spend a mere 5 minutes googling a company's credibility is utterly beyond me.
Take a guess at how i got here...0 -

https://www.instant-points.net (URL added for Google to find) - use at your own risk.
Some facts -- Domain registered 27/03/2013 - yet claim to be in business 4 years and have a spam policy that was updated on 13/03/2013!
- Registrant details are hidden using a Chinese privacy protection service - no legitimate business would do that.
- Site has no contact details apart from a form.
- Site has no information about who owns it.
- T&Cs say they are subject to the laws of Panama.
- On some pages there is a Trust Guard logo - but it is not a real Trust Guard verification.

Thanks for the heads up and also the facts from gb12345, which I've reposted on Norton. First time I've been scammed so as penance for being careless, I’m making a point of ensuring I cost these people a lot more in having to change site and Norton registrations than they tried to take me for. It will remind me not to be so daft in future.
And to the site owners – look forward to commenting further on your soon-to-be-posted positive Norton comments! To everyone else with a Norton account, please do the same. It takes seconds to copy and paste an honest comment.0 -
I emailed Piradius like mad about this website, glad they closed them down eventually.
I also emailed Trust Guard, might have to do it again with their new website now.:hello:0 -
