When my daughter went to her best friend's wedding she took a plate for all of the guests to sign - would something like this be appropriate? Also a newspaper from the day they get married (or keep this for their first anniversary)0

I think restaurant vouchers / cinema tickets are fantastic idea. I would have loved that as a wedding gift.Yearly Grocery Budget - £100.77/ £3500. January Treats Budget - £11.80 / £100.0

Near where I live a photographer is offering a session and a CD of the edited pictures for £30. Maybe something like this and they could possibly use it after the baby is born for some family pictures?Don't suffer alone - if you are experiencing Domestic Abuse contact the National Domestic Abuse Helplines

Not towels!!! They are the most unimaginative thing EVER. They might not even match their bathroom decor!
Meal/cinema voucher is great.
Wine glasses.. if she is expecting will she use them?
Not anything they would need for a baby.

Groupon have some good "meal for 2" vouchers every so often, I bought them for my friend and her hubby for Christmas and they went down well!0

We have been together for a number of years (and we are expecting too!) and if we were to get married - the things that we would most appreciate would be department store (M&S, John Lewis or Debenhams) or Amazon vouchers - although preferably John Lewis as they sell nice treat-type things!
Cinema and meal vouchers - not really as you either have to add to them or don't spend enough and everywhere is doing cheap deals anyway.
Wine glasses - we have loads of these and expensive ones just get broken anyway!
Recipe books or towels are dull - and we have plenty of both!
So dept store vouchers gets my vote!:T0 -
Have you asked the couple what they would like (or indeed if they would like anything)?0
