    Hi Mackeroo and Shaggy,

Firstly a big thank you for both of you for all the counting and time and effort that you put into monitoring this all, its appreciated. Mackeroo's step down has made me wonder if there is a simpler way of us being responsible for our counting. It is time consuming for one person. I would have liked to offer but I am chasing my tail too much in real life too and as you may have noticed am posting much less frequently.

May I suggest that we scrap the SNC for now (unless someone is willing to take it over) but if we invidivually want to do that then we post it on our signatures each week (that requires little more effort than posting), for those have nailed their challenges and it has become habit then there is no need to report for the SNC anymore.

For everyone else how about we count our weekly AF days and submit them on a night that is most convenient for Shaggy to update, therefore making this task more of a weekly thing than daily.

I am worried that now we have so many members of this thread that the work and effort of counting will eventually shoot ourselves in the foot as it becomes more time consuming to monitor.

Does that make sense? In essence I am trying to say we all start to share the ownership of this.

    Anyway its only a suggestion...........

    Hi Cuppa Tea

..sincerlely, if anyone else wants to run the monthly challenge - just shout - I'm happy to pass over the batton....In the past, I got bored asking every month as no one else ever wanted to do it lol!

If not, I'm more than happy to carry on with the monthly challenge and the daily reporting of AFDs. The montly challenge is usually no effort for me as I'm up early in the morning listening to the financial news from the Asian markets coming in, so I do the updating as I get updated on overnight events, it's just not a big deal as I'm sat here anyways...

...but happy to pass it over to someone else if they want to do it...

....no biggie for me either way....
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    I got a heart :j , thank you shaggy, :T

I'm aiming for a woohoo now
  • Hi Mrs Dee, today is a new start, remember what you told me when I drank on Valentine's night, don't beat yourself up.
Went to bed extremely late but up early and feel great, no nightmares yeahhhhhhhhhh. In fact if I did dream I can't remember what it was about.
Feeling good loving Saturday mornings feeling like this as my drinking day normally a Thursday night is the dangerous time, but if I wasn't on this thread I would then continue through the weekend and the week.
Thanks to everyone, Shaggy I don't mind if you continue or hand over to someone else or we find a new way. The thread is the most important thing and the reason why we post is to share not to stress people out so whatever you think best I will support and the same goes to Mackeroo. Got to be honest would love to read your posts as you both say you are so busy with the scores you haven't so much time to post your feelings.

Tesco Credit Card £250 £25 DD 0% for next 10 months.

Barclaycard Initial £241.45 0% for next 7 mths.
    Your parents choose your beginning....
.... you get to choose the ending.

I'm so glad you are able to carry on scoring for us Shaggy.:A
If at all possible I like to keep scoring on a daily basis as I think it helps. When I first started I used to post my AF achievements last thing at night before going to bed. It helped me hugely. It was like I'd got to the winning post!:o

Glad you're going to be posting for you mackeroo.:A

P.S. well done on your ebay win Shaggy.

    Morning:hello:

though we might go and see Lincoln - so it will probably be another AFD.
    Shaggyx
We went to see it last night and were left feeling a bit disappointed in the film, i think we were expecting more from Spielberg as the director however we thought DDLewis was his usual fantastic self. He is one of my fav actors of all time. Let me know what you think

Hi everyone! I've barely logged on this week, but have now caught up with all the posts. I'm very impressed with the progress that we're all making!

So far I'm on 21/27 AFD. Have been eating quite badly this week and as a result my weight has barely shifted since 1 Feb. Looking at my finances in detail this morning wasn't quite as bad as a I'd feared (the debt is moving in the right direction).
