40 days and 40 nights for me today! :)
  • OH brought a bottle of white wine home from shopping, I said I haven't had a drink for 22 days and that alcohol affects the brain like a tranquiliser, so he knows I won't be having any. So I'm reporting early too.
9 AF days please and sign me up for the second SNC next week please.

Tesco Credit Card £250 £25 DD 0% for next 10 months.

Barclaycard Initial £241.45 0% for next 7 mths.

Interestingly, my sponsor said yesterday that it take the body, mind and emotions take about 2 years in total to get back to normal so that explains why I'm sleeping sooooo much!!!

That's funny you should mention this Jak - I have just had a power nap - a 2 hour one :rotfl:

I'm not sure if it's due to cutting back on the alcohol as this is the first time I have been experiencing such tiredness? But I seem to feel especially tired this week. I nodded off yesterday as well.

You seem to be getting on really well and have great support, well done :)

9/24 for me now which makes 41 days AF in total. That's something I hadn't calculated before now. DH's had a beer with his curry, and a whisky just now, and it hasn't bothered me.

I had a power nap after my morning's exercise.

Just watched Skyfall on Blueray. We didn't see it at the cinema, unlike the rest of the world. Had popcorn, then a cup of chamomile tea.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

How'd you get Skyfall before the release date of the 18th?

Somebody lent it to DH. He'd be mortified if it was dodgy.

  • Had dinner at a restaurant tonight with some friends who I hadn't seen for a couple of months. Happy to report it was alcohol free (at least for me)!

    Morning :hello:

I wasn't AF last night but hopefully will be jumping on the wagon tonight. Celebrated Chinese New Year with a Chinese (no I'm not Chinese but any excuse lol) Must get my diet back on track - I want to fit into my slim shorts on my holidays!

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
