    Just wondering if anyone has tried CBT for anxiety?

    I am starting a 6 week course this week but the sessions are only 20 minutes each which seems a bit short.

    Yes I've had CBT twice once with the NHS and once with the Carers Centre . The NHS one was a waste of time unfortunately and the second one was better but seems like a million years ago now.

    The 2 year thing is really interesting. A midwife also told me that when you have a baby it takes everything 2 years to get completely back to normal too. It must be the way our bodies work. I'm catching up on my sleep massively. Off to bed now, yawn xxx
