Could I join the SNC TOO please

    5 nights Sunday to Thursday - 1/5

I had to replace my car, I got a tesco interest free cc with 18 months interest free period

£5600 with 18 months to pay it.
  • Just wondering if anyone has tried CBT for anxiety?

I am starting a 6 week course this week but the sessions are only 20 minutes each which seems a bit short.

  • Mackeroo please sign me up for the full SNC this week.

    Thanks

It’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts
  • Yes I've had CBT twice once with the NHS and once with the Carers Centre . The NHS one was a waste of time unfortunately and the second one was better but seems like a million years ago now.

Tesco Credit Card £250 £25 DD 0% for next 10 months.

Barclaycard Initial £241.45 0% for next 7 mths.

The 2 year thing is really interesting. A midwife also told me that when you have a baby it takes everything 2 years to get completely back to normal too. It must be the way our bodies work. I'm catching up on my sleep massively. Off to bed now, yawn xxx

Busy day today, better get cracking!
