Online grocery order arrived this afternoon. I'd placed the order a few days ago but ended up removing the two bottles of wine yesterday. Saved about £10 as a result

Hi everyone, bit stressed midday and had a little cry as my dad's neighbour who is related somehow too has passed away aged 94. She lived alone and her daughter used to call everyday like I do with my dad. So sad my dad has lived there nearly 40 years and she was there before us. Frightened now that my dad will pass away as he lives alone too. Feeling guilty, afraid of the future, and completely not in control as he has multi-infarct dementia and is registered blind. He's only 82 but has changed so much since his diagnosis (dementia) about a year ago. I don't feel like a drink though, now it is more important for me to get well, and I know that the drink takes, but doesn't give back.
10 AFD and sign me up for full monty.
