Having a day off work today as I have to work tomorrow instead. Going to get some housework done and go and sign up for some exercise classes at the gym, just the Zumba and fun stuff really.

Hopefully it will kick start my weight loss. I have been concentrating so much on staying AF that my weight has suffered.

Thought about a glass of wine last night, but then thought actually I don't really want one, there is just half a bottle of white wine left that my daughter opened last weekend, she is going away for a week on Sunday, I will pour it down the sink then.

I AM NEVER BUYING WINE TO DRINK IN THE HOUSE AGAIN! That is a promise to myself.

Need to get my ebaying going again, been tired this week, I will get some things on this weekend and then I can buy my nice new rug for the living room.

Stay strong over the weekend everyone.

Hopefully I will Fridays and the weekend not usually a problem as OH there to monitor and control my behaviour. Happy Friday everyone, life is good and I think I reached a turning point last night, didn't realise how bad the craving can get. Thanks figtree.

Fantastic! Dont forget, they say willpower is like a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it becomes. Every time you survive a tough patch you are making yourself stronger and you will find things getting easier to overcome in the future - things wont seem so bad. Well done you on reaching this turning point!!

We have two' levels' of target: the monthly one which Shaggy scores and the weekly SNC which mackeroo scores. The SNC helps to keep going through the week on 'school nights' so it's a sort of interim target. Mackeroo usually asks on Sunday who wants to be involved that week. Although the challenge is generally 4 nights from Monday to Thursday, mackeroo does 'specials' of 3 nights. 2 nights etc.

    AF for me last night.

    3 AFDs please Shaggy.

    Sounds like a relaxing afternoon 41? :)

I'd like to go to the cinema and see 'Lincoln' but will probably keep forgetting and then it won't be shown anymore lol.

Off out tonight to see a friend's band play, as they have just reformed. I am actually really looking forward to going out and not drinking. I feel it will be a good evening :)

Hallelujah, I've finished my paperwork, and posted it off, recorded delivery. I should be able to sleep tonight! Resisted the temptation to buy wine, although did buy DH a bottle of nice beer.

    8/24 AF for me
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?
