I would be over the moon if I had managed 22 AFD's - well done :T.
I did have a planned drink yesterday but much less than I used to - as has been mentioned on here before - it doesn't take very much to get me 'tipsy' now - my tolerance has dropped considerably since joining this thread - I only had half a bottle of wine last night and I knew I had drunk it.
I won't be on here over the weekend so have a good one everyone and all the best for the start of a new month0 -
What would you recommend in terms of a November target? I've failed miserably on this month's target of 25, and narrowly missed the same target for September. So, should I capitulate and plump for a target of 20, or be aspirational and opt for 25?
Personally I always aim low and then feel good when I've achieved it and go on to do more. Does that make sense? Good to see you posting.:AWe went out for dinner (planned wine) and I had TWO glasses of wine. Completely unheard of moderation on my part!!!
Had a great time and I am back home having a herbal tea! Last month I would have cracked open a bottle as soon as I got in.... thank you all for the amazing support on this thread!
Good night all....
I went out last night too: cinema, drinks, meal. When we left restaurant. I left wine in the glass. I'd had enough! Previously, I'd have been standing up getting into my coat and knocking back the dregs as quickly as I could. :oThen like you, I had tea when I got home.
Please don't feel anyone needs to apologise if you didn't quite hit your target for October. EVERY AF day counts. And like 365 said, they're ALL AF days you wouldn't have had without coming on here.:)
Good luck for November everyone!0 -
Looks like people have been doing well.:T I have been lurking this thread.:o
I've been terrible and not had many AF days at all recently.:oHOUSE MOVE FUND £16,000/ £19,000
