I'm declaring 21/21 early, if I do it now I will not be tempted to have a drink for the rest of the evening. :)

  • 29/30 AFDs for me! Only tomorrow to go to reach my target :-)

For November I am setting my target even higher and going for the whole month! 30 AFDs. I know I don't want to give up drinking for good but if I can get through November without a drop I won't feel so bad when I have a few over the Christmas period.

Wow! That witch is a star, she certainly kept me going this evening!:D

    14 AFDs please Shaggy.

Not sure about tomorrow, we'll see.;)
  • Well today is the day and I am going to declare 30/30 AFDs!!! I know it's early but I am certainly not going to falter.

This is the longest I can remember going without a drink and I feel so much better for it!

Next month will be harder I feel as nearer Christmas there is always a tendency to relax a bit more but I'm determined.
