Hello, that's 11/10 for me please shaggy. Thanks to whoever recommended apple juice and soda water - enjoyed that with my dinner this evening!

I am glad you enjoyed the apple juice with soda - it is a really quite acceptable alternative to wine isn't it?, and for those who are saving the pennies, mega cheap too!

    Morning everybody :)

I have hit my October Target of 15/15 Yayyy!

Shaggy, I had said I would take 15 as a target for November but I think I ought to try to bump that up a bit so can you put me down for November Target 17 please?

    Many thanks

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I agree with you - I think the dark nights do make it a bit harder as there is a limit to what jobs you can do to keep yourself busy in the evenings once you lose the light and can't do anything outside.

You know, that is so true. I love going for long walks and they are just so hard to fit in once the nights draw in.

Well today is the day and I am going to declare 30/30 AFDs!!! I know it's early but I am certainly not going to falter.

This is the longest I can remember going without a drink and I feel so much better for it!

Next month will be harder I feel as nearer Christmas there is always a tendency to relax a bit more but I'm determined.

  • Hey up lovlies.

Ending the month on an AF night which puts me another one under the net.

So my total is now 21 for the month - a bit of unplanned drinking but nothing too excessive and a mainly over the wedding nonsense!

Thanks for running this shaggy and can you put me down for 25 again in November please.

Hope you're all good and fine - fires on and working away tonight on bits and bobs for work.

    :)
