Off to bed in a moment so I am calling in now with 7/15 please Shaggy :j0

before I think of going to for more wine, ask myself if I really want to feel this tired every day.....
I agree absolutely. I over-indulged on both Friday and Saturday nights this weekend. And for no particular reason. I felt bad today, mentally and physically. I lost time too, when I could have been doing things, due to getting up late and then feeling sapped of energy.
I have used up all my non-AFDs for this month, so if I am going to make my target, I will have to be very, very strong. I don't actually know if I can do it, but I will certainly try
Best wishes to Satchmo for tomorrow - sounds like a horrible situation for you.
9 please, Shaggy, thanks0 -
Unscheduled AFD today, so I make that 10/212018 totals:
Savings £11,200
Mortgage Overpayments £5,5000 -
good luck later today Satchmo - I'll keep everything crossed for youTrying to keep in budget.
22700 -
Good luck today Satchmo:)
I had an AFD yesterday so that is 9/21 AFDs:D and I feel half alive this morning because of it

Good luck for today Satchmo - I will be thinking of you.
No AFD's to report for the weekend but I hadn't planned any so I guess that is OK.
Back to it today - I wish I could get out of the habit of drinking at weekends but I am too easily led by my OH
Have a good day all0 -
I got myself so worked up that I had a full blown panic attack and ended up in A&E at 1am after describing my symptoms to 111 who despatched an ambulance. Got home at 3am..
Oh sweetie I hope this morning went OK; have just been catching up on the thread from Friday (guess why:o) please tell us all is OK. Is it giving too much away to say what you do & therefore what the consequences of non-following-of procedure was? I'm guessing more serious than running out of black biros....
Drank last night = feel tired and lethargic today  Is this cycle ever going to stop?
In my experience, no. But I live in hope.I agree absolutely. I over-indulged on both Friday and Saturday nights this weekend. And for no particular reason. I felt bad today, mentally and physically. I lost time too, when I could have been doing things, due to getting up late and then feeling sapped of energy.

And very good luck with that. Is where I am today. Epic fail.
Possibly not appropriate given peoples' general pist-offness (but hey, when has that ever stopped me?) but feel I have to share my latest culinary "episode" for which Jamie O is entirely to blame..."smoky kipper pate" - I had cream cheese & paprika & lemon at the ready - the kippers said (they didn't actually talk it was on the label) best to microwave (they are in a vacuum pack usually boil in the bag) do not pierce bag, I guessed the pack had a hole in as it smelled so strong, lifted it to cut the end off & the entire contents fell out of the other end on to the floor but not before leaving a trail of fish oil & butter down the front of my clean-on-that-morning sweatshirt. Within nano-seconds The Beagle scented something fishy going on & that was that.
Speaking of The Beagle, did a walk this morning that I've not done for months & d'you know, whilst I've been elsewhere someone's raised the bar on all the stiles by about 3 inches - I used to step over with ease but today I couldn't get my leg over (*snigger*) - I actually had to grasp my knee with both hands to force my leg over the top  out of shape!
And.....
