Welcome, Skintdad, you'll get heaps of support on here, and no criticism.

Good luck for the rest of October and beyond
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

    Well its official now.

    I `am now 2 years AF.

Had a great 47th birthday @ the weekend, as I went to London and met up with my elder sister on the Friday (she went to the England game) and met up with my brother on Sunday.

We went to a BrewDog pub in Shoreditch and he had 2 halves of lager and I had 2 halves of their own diet coke.

We then had a gorgeous hot salted beef bagel with mustard , had a good walk round the Shoreditch area and then went our separate ways.

So I`m now starting my 3rd year being AF and I love it !. (Oh and the birthday weekend away wasnt bad either !).

Wow, first AFD for months and already feeling so much better! Watching the football, cup of tea at hand - brilliant! And the best thing is that tomorrow, I will remember how it all ends! Have a good evening everyone.
