What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Just 1lb a week will see you at your weight loss target - you can manage that!
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

Hello, bit of a newbie here but would like to join in if possible.

Before last month my partner and I were drinking pretty much every night. A bottle of wine with dinner, a quick pint down the pub etc.

Then at the latter part of September a few things happened which made us look at the way we were living or surviving and knew we had to make some serious changes, one of them being to cut alcohol down to a minimum.

I'm please to say that this month apart from my Birthday on the 5th, has been a booze free month.

My target is not to drink at all for the remainder of October. 13/30
