Another AFD to report here, so 5 in total.
Unfortunately I am AF because I have nasty case of travellers tummy and am lying in bed with a fever and not going too far from the bathroom. Yuk!Trying to keep in budget.

Oh no, Gien, that's horrendous. Well, perhaps it will cheer you up to know that it has become very cooooold here in the UK (assuming you are somewhere warm!) x0

Whatever the problem pricey, you know that booze won't be the answer.:)Another AFD to report here, so 5 in total.

Welcome to my world....but seriously Pricey hope all soon resolved.
Managed my AFD on Wed, so I should think.
Was all set for another one yesterday but I swear OH & BF are conspiring against my efforts (such as they are)...now my one & only aim in cutting down is to stop opening a bottle (or 2) of wine at home just for me. Any drinking accompanied by someone else (who I know!) is O.K. Normally this means I should be able to do 3 AFDs a week but....usually OH & I go for one pub lunch or lunchtome drink a week, mid-week - I stuck to coke Wed, then we went out agin yesterday & I had 2 glasses fully intending to have no more & guess who turns up on doorstep fpr the second time in a week, again we usually see each other just the once. I employed my secret weapon - didn't have any in the house. & luckily she didn't bring any this time. I mean, it's all very well to say social drinking is "allowed" but really! Then OH wanted to go AGAIN today & got really crabby when I said no! I said no!!! Thing is we'll be there tonight & Friday nights are usually not "in moderation".
So not many AFDs under my belt (OK, 1) but have ducked & dived 3 situations in 3 days, & also not opened a bottle solely for me for 3 days. Hope for me yet?
Have a great weekend all!
I never admit to feeling fear, I'm afraid0 -
Still here and drinking wine tonight even tho I have WI at fatfighters tomorrow (OK it's weightwatchers but I prefer fatfighters)
I lost 25lb last year and have put 12 back on.
I'm hoping to lose a stone by Christmas and the majority of my points come from booze.
It's a no brainer so it suits me down to the ground.
I had a literacy class at the infant school today! Yes, I can read (just in case you were wondering) but it was just covering how they teach reading and literacy to the kids and how we can help (or Lit'Russy as some of the kids call it).
Rest assured, I'm now fully LitRut, so I'm qualified to read to my kids!
Anyway, off to the green fingered thread (no I haven't got a virulent form of syphillis), I'm getting to grips with me garden). I plan to devote my weekend to my lawn.
What are everyone else's plans for the weekend?

Good to here you're officially litrut joanne! Loving it!:rotfl::rotfl:
I've not done WW but did SW. The one and only 'diet' I've done in my life (we call it a healthy eating plan;)).
What I do know is that it wouldn't have worked (and I suspect that's true of any plan) if I hadn't cut down the booze first.
So, 3.5st lighter, 2+ years on and I'm loving being slim and healthy!!:D0 -

If I feel this ill tomorrow, I might just make another AFD on a Saturday (usually a day off for me). Every cloud, eh?
