5/15 for me please Shaggy.
Had a strong urge to stop for wine this evening but fought against it. I am glad I did as I am shattered and am going to bed early. If I had bought wine, no doubt I would have been up until late.0 -

Hi all,
I would like to join this challenge please. I fell by the wayside very quickly in jan:o. I've been on hols the last few weeks and got drunk last tues and spent the following day wishing I was dead. Drink just brings me down so much - I don't drink tons but if I overdo it the black cloud that lands on me is ridiculous. I'm starting by not drinking the rest of the month. Thank u all for the support of this thread:)0 -
Dropping in to say that I was AF yesterday and also had a very early night so feel pretty great now - I think that must be 6 now for September please Shaggy.Trying to keep in budget.

Welcome Munchin :hello:
I guess we have all been there at some point but this thread really helps to keep me on the 'straight and narrow'. I didn't have a brilliant start to September as, like you, I was on holiday but back to it now
AF last night so that makes 2/10 for the month so far.
Have a good Wednesday all0 -

Have a good Wednesday all
Exactly what she said! You've come to the right place. It's all too easy to slip into bad ways especially when holidays are involved.
I've had a drink every night since last Friday, nothing major but two more days than I aim for.
Back on the wagon tonight. I'm aiming to be angelic.:D0 -
4AF please Shaggy
1st day back at work yesterday, a few weeks back it would def have been a wine night, the thought of posting on here stopped me!!

Wasn't AF last night but enjoyed the 2 glasses I had, I chose to have them instead of it being a habit, it made cleaning out the utility room and microwave much more bearable! Back to AF tonight. On 3/10 so far thanks Shaggy.Battling booze, bulge and bills.
