5/29 AFDs. No wine bells, but had a Snicker attack this afternoon after a snotty email from our trainer in reply to mine giving our two teams a time-saving attachment. Her reply was factually wrong and p*ssed me off royally, and even more so because it was copied around the two teams. Four people commiserated and two said that my email had in fact helped them already.

Sorry to hear that Satchmo - the trainer clearly has inadequacy issues.
In my line of work we aim to work with staff to get things done efficiently and effectively and so would applaud anything that helps people get their jobs done.
Perhaps the trainer thinks that putting people over an obstacle course to achieve results is somehow character building.
Also - ccing people into an e mail which contains criticism of an individual is a major breach of professional etiquette.
Is she somehow threatened by you?
