Shaggy im also a nytol regular, but i take the 1 a night pills, they are pretty good, i notice a huge difference in my sleepIt’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0 -
Gien, I lurve you. The School Night Challenge, oh how I have missed it, I really have. Please can I sign up for detention lol. I'll go for the full monty so I'm 3 AF days for June which makes Sun and Mon 2/5 ok. Thanks so much for taking on the responsibility, I wish I could but I'm not good at computers or following things through, my main aim is to stay sober and anything that stresses me sends me straight to the booze. If you find it too much, don't be afraid to say, this is a free life and nobody will criticise or pressurise you to do it, as long as you are doing it because you want to I am so happy for you. The School Night Challenge was brill and Mackeroo we are still so grateful for the tremendous job you did, you are not forgotten, no pressure gien, but we can all take turns, and thank God that you are able to do it for as long as YOU want and are able. Many many thanks xxxxx

Thank You Gien for your kindness at the SNC, seems you have earnt yourself many a brownie point. Lol. 41 has it spot on, just wanted to say, I echo what she says.
Full monty for me please and that's including sun night so 5/5.
Shaggy, glad the b/p is down, most impressive for 2 days. I bet a doctor would be too.
I was another saturday night first of the month drinker. I had a friend round, we watched a dvd and it was a sunny eve, so we indulged in a few. All very reasonable and controlled though.
But I have got 2/24 AF and 2/5 SNC please.Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -
Pleased to say I'm off the mark at last.:)
1 AFD for June Shaggy and 1 for the SNC please gien.0 -
Morning :hello:
2 for the SNC please Gien.
Well, my BP has been steadily rising since the weekend which means the rise is probably stress related and not really related to alcohol (5 nights straight AF) caffeine ( been angelic )- diet, exercise, etc. Hummm - which is more difficult as stress is so hard to get rid off  *And breathe and chill...*
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
I am starting an alcohol free month from today! It's become to much of habit to grab a glass or 3 far to often. So need to do this to show myself I can. Also for health, waistline and pocket. Can I join in snc for full Monty please? X
Do you want to join the June challenge too?

Well friends,
I am proud to announce that today I made my last payment to Payplan.
I am not declaring myself DF (yet) as I am waiting for confirmation from Payplan that my 4 creditors have been paid in full.
The biggest thing I did to aid my progress to being DF was to give up booze.
So after being AF for 85 weeks the £1700.00 I saved (£20 per week * 85 weeks) has meant I was able to lead a more comfortable existence than when I was drinking.
I am now TT and so wont be falling back into my old ways.
Good luck to you all !.
Fantastic!!!!
