Hi all, my total for May was 19 AFDS.

I won't set a target for June but would hope to at least get similar. I feel like I am actually learning to listen to my body and can quite happily switch to a soft drink or hot chocolate once I feel I have had enough.

Don't want to be drinking too much anyway, not just in terms of using it for wrong reasons, but as I know that's when the weight can creep back on for me :o

Hope people have had a nice weekend, I am currently doing uni work lol :(

I am starting an alcohol free month from today! It's become to much of habit to grab a glass or 3 far to often. So need to do this to show myself I can. Also for health, waistline and pocket. Can I join in snc for full Monty please? X

AF today so that's 2/29 please Shaggy.

I can't believe how far I've come in under 2 weeks - thank you everyone:T:T

I'm putting £1 per AF day from my online current account into my online ISA. I'm hoping to have over £100 in there by my 50th birthday in October so I can take the family out for dinner.
After payday on 15th I will also put £1 per AF day onto my M and S card at the end of each day - every little helps;);)

Oh yes please gien. Count me in for the school night challenge. I sometimes drink on a Thursday and then regret it on a Friday, so this one will suit me down to the ground. Thanks for the invite. Monday tomorrow so straight on the wagon for us. I hope to manage 5 free nights each week including a Sunday.

Clocked up 1/22 AF days tonight. I really felt like it, sitting in the garden with a cold beer is always a temptation for me but I stayed strong. Amazing. Would definitely have given in if I wasn't coming on here.

I think I might start to think of the calories I am cutting out as added incentive. I have put on a few pounds in the last couple of weeks so could do with dropping them again.

Happy new week to everyone for tomorrow.

    Kind regards
    Slowdown:)
