    Morning :hello:

Friday AF and also caffeine free(ish) and vitamin, etc and exercise loaded. I was rewarded this morning with a BP reading of 103/77 - normal :j.
    Not bad - from 113/89 to 103/77 in 48 hours :)

I am hoping to be saintly for the rest of the weekend :A

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

  • gien I laughed when I read your post. Because I was going to end the month off with a drink. Not to say I was laughing because you had a drink, but that we were both thinking the same thing.

Good morning - thank you so much Shaggy for the dancing smiley - I feel so proud of the achievement and to think when I started May 2013 I had no thoughts of any AF days.
I even started the month on a mega blowout - my dads funeral was on 3rd May (he died on 21st April, a day or two before your dad Shaggy) and I had 3 large glasses of wine[STRIKE] at[/STRIKE] after the funeral (750mls) then a further botle when I go home that evening. I didn't even have a hangover:eek:

Well done on your BP as well, cutting down the caffeine on top of the alcohol is a mighty big ask.

41 - well done on your weight loss:T I showed a gain at WW last week so I'm hoping for something better this week. I am nibbling a bit more since I stopped drinking but no way do I accept it was 1.5lbs worth.

Onward and downward, day 1 of the 29 day challenge starts today. I'm having a day off on 22nd when a friend is visiting. She is also taking us all (5 of us) on holiday in the summer, which is very kind as we can't afford any holiday this year. As she is a red wine afficianado I will be drinking with her on holiday but she doesn't like to drink in the daytime but gets led astray by me so I will only be drinking in he evening.
Anyway, that's 10 weeks away and lots to worry about in the interim

    Have a good day

    Joanne

    Good evening

AF today therefore 1/29for me today. I went to the supermarket and managed to resist temptation (ok, there wasn't any) I did look for alcohol free lager which goes down nicely and makes a change from squash/tea/water but they only had Becks Blue - 2 packs for £6. Way too much. I'd rather go without

Have a good evening all, whether you're on the sauce or not
