Well done Shaggy on the BP :)

I managed to get to 21AF for May, went to a hen night last night and stuck to lime and soda - they were all shocked lol
I do find it easier out, its harder when I am at home - odd I know

Pleased you are all doing so well - I will be back on the wagon tomorrow, need to meet my June target, eekkk!!

gien I laughed when I read your post. Because I was going to end the month off with a drink. Not to say I was laughing because you had a drink, but that we were both thinking the same thing.

I have started the month with a drinking night too!!! Had a friend over for tonight and had a bit of wine with them, again nothing excessive thank goodness.

Starting with my AF routine tomorrow. Woukd anyone be interested in a SCHOOL NIGHT CHALLENGE??? I'll run it if there's interest.
    Trying to keep in budget.

It's great to feel 'normal' isn't it slowdown?;) I think the target you set will depend on how you'd feel if you didn't reach it. Some people are happy to be aspirational and challenging and aim high knowing that they did their best even if they don't reach it. Others (like me) feel more comfortable meeting a modest target and then trying their best to add in 'bonus' days. HTH.

Thanks for the advice Maman. I decided that I would change my target for this month and would like to set a new one of 22/30 for June please Shaggy. I will feel more comfortable with this and like you say maman I will feel great if I add bonus days. Good advice!

I started off the month with a drinking day. Had a bit too much I think but not feeling any ill effects so can't have gone too mad.
Will now be AF until Friday, which is a good thing if the pennies in my purse are anything to go by.

Again thanks to all of you for keeping me going and well done to those who are staying AF on their target days.

    Kind regards
    Slowdown:)

    Morning :hello:

Another AFD and my first of June. BP = 98/80 this morning - so the quest continues to lower the diastolic reading to about 75.

The herbal nytol seems great sleeping.gif It specifically mentions bereavement on the packet.

    Lovely weather here.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

  • Morning 1/25 AFDs for me please Shaggy.

Gien I would be up for a school night challenge. I would regularly go out for a drink after work with colleagues and then continue when I got home. Where I want to get to is to be able to go out and not drink during the week but then be able to enjoy a couple of glasses of a weekend. A school night challenge would be perfect for me :)

Same here, but that's just coincidence for me when the month starts at weekends.

I'd love to join the SNC as I'm really keen to build up days before I go on holiday on 20th and I want to keep the calories down too so my 'bikini body' is at it's best! Sign me up for the 'full monty' please gien.
