    Well friends,

I am proud to announce that today I made my last payment to Payplan.

I am not declaring myself DF (yet) as I am waiting for confirmation from Payplan that my 4 creditors have been paid in full.

The biggest thing I did to aid my progress to being DF was to give up booze.

So after being AF for 85 weeks the £1700.00 I saved (£20 per week * 85 weeks) has meant I was able to lead a more comfortable existence than when I was drinking.

I am now TT and so wont be falling back into my old ways.

Good luck to you all !.

Brilliant muser! yes, we do the SNC weekly. It's like a small mini-target to keep us motivated.

Many congratulations anatonic on your AFness and DFness!:T

Hi, back from my grandmarly weekend with DGS who was 3 on Sunday. He's gorgeous, not that I'm biased!

Off to a good start with 3/29 AFDs.

Well done, Antonic, it must be a huge relief to be debt free. From here on, it's savings, savings, savings.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

    First Check in for the
    School Night Challenge!

Rules are simple - no drinking on a school night, sign up for as many days as you want. Runs Monday to Thursday (but you can count Sunday too if you want, giving a maximum of five nights to be bagged).

I had wine last night but today was AF so I've got my first day done.
Let me know your progress and I'll update the record.

    Scores so far:

    Gien 1/4 days :T
    Muser 1/5 days (WTG 5 nights!):T
    Joanne 4 days
    Maman 4 days
    Shaggy 4 days
    Freebyfifty 1/4 days.:T
    Slowdown 1/5 days (WTG, 5 Nights!):T
    Barny 4 days
    Tracy 1/4 days
