Hi, I am a newbie but I want to share my petition with you and hopefully you will also share it.
Civil enforcement ltd and other such profit led companies must be stopped.
Please sign my petition to stop DVLA selling them our information.
I cannot post links but the petition can be found on the HM Government epetition site by searching 'Stop DVLA selling our private information'

A petition might be a good idea but one that deals with the problem correctly. It should be worded by the experts here e.g. there is no"fine". It also should give the background so people, who are not in this or any other PPC forum, can understand the issues.
And personally I cannot sign a petition that has bad grammar. There is be no apostrophe in "fees" even if you were to use the word. It is plural not possessive. Now that should incur a fine! :eek:0 -

Yes indeed that should incur a fine for (a) adding random words, and (b) not checking posts before posting.
A misplaced apostrophe however is subject to an immediate fine of £100 rising in accordance with how annoyed I am at any given time.0
