Personally I think the European Court of Human Rights nonsense about giving prisoners to vote is disgusting. People who break the law losing the right to vote is straightforward common-sense & clearly correct. To suggest changing this is utter nonsense.

Just one of the endless joke rulings from the European Court of F***ing awful decisions made by morons.

That is a whole different debate. If you expect people to obey the law you should give them a say in what that law is. That is equally straightforward common sense & clearly correct. And it is disgusting to impose laws on people which they have no say in.

Fortunately you only post here, you don't make legal rulings. Endless joke postings from the European Gallery of F***ing awful posts made by morons tend to make me think that I would rather have the ECHR making legal rulings than have you doing it.
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'

    And the Labour position.

10 minutes after PMQ's. Labour are not ruling out the possibility of holding a referendum.

Punch and Judy politics. Same as attitude towards economic reform.

    There's no clear policy.

You've demonstrated before that your thinking is fairly low-powered so I won't worry too much about that. Just because you call yourself Moby, no need to spend your life acting like a !!!!!!.

Lol Internet tough guy. I wonder how you talk to people face to face,. Everyone gets a chance to vote UNLESS they break the law. Is that too tough a concept for you to get your tiny mind around?

You worried enough to reply with your considered, thoughtful response which says everything that needs to be said about you!

    Any law? Like speeding?
Or is it only if you're imprisoned for being found guilty of breaking a law. Not just held on some trumped up anti-terrorism charge.
Or fitted up by the police.
What if you're imprisoned but not charged with any crime?
or subject to a control order?

    Can you be more specific?

....Just thinking I wonder how Farage is going to play this? Is he going to say to posh boy.....David I think you've tried so hard in your negotiations with the Germans and French ....we in UKIP are going to give you the benefit of the doubt! I think not! He's going to spin it for all its worth and say Cameron has come back from Europe with empty promises that mean nothing!.....and then what about the headbangers in his own party are they going to give him the benefit of the doubt?...........Bill Cash is on his back already! Its his purpose in life!

Worried? I was laughing as I wrote it.

BTW I'd speak to you EXACTLY the same way face to face. And that's something else you can choose to believe or not.

To keep it simple, certainly any law that results in custodial sentence.

Labour's policy hasn't changed. There will be no referendum unless there are treaty changes being considered. Cameron has changed because of the headbangers in his own party. Milliband just needs to sit back and watch....and see what happens in these so called negotiations with Europe. Its posh boy who has put himself on the line. He has set himself a task of achieving a return of powers against the opposition of the French and Germans etc and what's more he will need to convince his own headbangers that whatever he 'achieves' will be sufficient for them. Meanwhile UKIP will be shouting at him from the sidelines.
Labours support at the next election....and the hope of a working majority will not come from those who are anti Europe. They have no hope of getting back support from UKIP for example. Labour's vote will only grow by those disillusioned by the Lib Dems.... who are also pro Europe! Labour just has to look at what posh boy does and act accordingly. They do not have to come up with a position yet....because the election is still more than two years away!
