Anyone heard of a firm called Tech Giants at all? A transaction unauthorised by me took place at the weekend on my credit card and I'm trying to find out who they are.

Wasn't them.showing as Walsall.anyone had dealings with them?

Googling brought me to this thread, my natwest credit card (That was due to expire) has also been fraudently used. Had a call out of the blue by natwest fraud department, they took £300 then tried an additional £3000 plus an additional £500 :eek:

I havent used the card for almost 2 years and use it just for balance transfers

Do you bank with Natwest/?

No, this was on vanquis credit card

Googling also brought me here, I've just had an unauthorised amount on my MBNA card on 19/01 from this firm.

Was this the same firm? This is sounding like a nationwide fraud

Yes I'm assuming the same firm funds were taken from my credit card on Saturday (19th)

I'm just wondering how they got my card details as like I've said I have't used the card in over 2 years and always have the card on me

It looks as if they have attacked a number of cards on the same day.

Yep, Rang MBNA just now and alerted them, also referenced this forum to let them know of similar complaints. They have no contact details for this "Tech Giants" firm so have passed it over to their fraud investigation team. They have said they will get back in touch within 5 working days. Transaction put on hold on my account and I will not be charged or out of pocket in any way.
