grannynise welcome, we don't mind those who just look of course, but great of you to join us.

Daily depends on your household. What you need to do to keep on top of things, for example I need to vacuum daily downstairs (2 dogs) water garden in this weather, swish and swipe kitchen benches etc
One day I might be more organised...........

    Hello everyone
This is my first chance to get to the computer and it's a bit late in the day to make a list, so I'll just tell you what I've done and make a list of what I've got left.

Dusted lounge, cleaned round TV, cleaned windows and glass doors in there, hoovered sofa and chairs. It didn't take too long because it wasn't bad after last week and there wasn't too much clutter either!
    Hoovered hall, stairs were completely clear from last week - again brilliant if you knew what it was usually like;
    Hoovered kitchen floor
Washed, dried and put back the bedding from main bedroom
Unpacked Tesco delivery from this morning

    What I've got left:-
Basket of washing to put away
Sort out a load of washing to put on in the morning
Cook tea - roast chicken and all the bits (need to put oven on in a minute)
Make a loaf of bread in BM
Make up a batch of yoghurt
    Make sandwiches for the morning
    Clear kitchen after supper
    Some paperwork which needs doing

Phew - another busy day - but the house is definitely looking much nicer and it does get quicker after a couple of weeks because you are only clearing away one week's worth of clutter and dirt!

Haven't got time to read what you've all been up to yet and need to go back to the children who are making Hama Bead pictures at the kitchen table, but will check in again later.

    Bye for now!

argh !!! I haven't even left work yet, I have yesterdays list to do, today's list to do and now tomorrow's it up as well !!!

I must tidy up my desk before I leave work, it's so much of a mess that I managed to spill a glass of pepsi max all over everything trying to get to the phone earlier.

Ooh, newmrslockwood, I'm so jealous! Your afternoon sounds blissful and nothing like the running around I've been doing!
Am having a 5 minute time out while the chicken is cooking.
Bread is in breadmaker, I've started clearing up the kitchen, but there are still Hama beads all over the table, so DDs will need to sort that out in the next five minutes or we've got nowhere to eat!

Poor flying day really, although what the heck. I've had a nice day.

hugs to shell. i too find 'real' people to only like me for what i can do for them usually, and only have a couple of close friends. I mainly stick to my sisters as they are the only ones i can fully rely on and trust. they both think the same, which says more about other people than us i would say.

    Wednesday 2/5:
    Master Bedroom & Landing
    Level 1
Vacuum floor in bedroom and on landing
    Level 2
Dust any extra furniture in dining room, checking for cobwebs on way round
    Level 3
    Clean window
    Wipe doors and handles
    Declutter Mission Task
Choose one HOTSPOT to clear, even if only for 10 minutes
Wednesday Living Room, Hall and Stairs
    Level 1
    [strike]Vacuum floor[/strike] and sofas
    Level 2
Dusting and cobweb removal (if you want to dust round things that is fine)

    [strike]Deal with post[/strike]
    [strike]Make baby bottles[/strike]
[strike]Wait in for work parcel delivery[/strike] here by 9:15, as i predicted yesterday - shame i couldn't have ordered the ASDA delivery for 1st thing
    [strike]Asda delivery between 11-1.[/strike]
[strike]Put all food shopping away.[/strike] there was an awful lot of stuff. I need to remember not to do orders while half asleep, as i got 4 boxes of nappies, and 16 cartons of oj, and so much fruit and veg that i had best have a good pureeing session before it goes off. no wonder it was £160.
[strike]pack baby bag and visit parents if parcel doesn’t arrive too late[/strike]
    Wrap BIL birthday pressie
Get Dh to write BIL card

Thankfully i got some chilli in earlier so tea is about to be served. Unfortunately, i managed to crack my slow cooker pot, so it will need replacing as it is unusable, and i can't live without it.

Anyway, off to eat. See you all later.

Evening from a frazzled me, welcome to the newbies! Hope you enjoy it and find it helpful.

Having a quick break from baking cakes and stuff to take to work tomorrow. I'm doing three that I found on the recipe index here, at least they're tried and tested if not by me! I don't think I'll get any flying done today and I can see me not getting my tea 'til after 9 when the kitchen's useable again.

Joining in the comments about one-way friendships.. sad for you Shell. I've learned too the older I get that some friends just flit in and out of your life due to circumstance (work, where you live etc) and it's a small number of true friends that last whatever's going on in your life and wherever you are. The kind that even after a few months you can pick up where you left off.
    Sad all the same.

That was my pause for breath/thought for the day, off to get frazzled some more!
Have a lovely evening if I don't come back.

Right, had a lovely afternoon with the littles. Picnic lunch at the park, play on the swings and then the zip slide (even I had a go  ). We also took the ball with us and had a game of basketball (well kind off bit difficult for 4 and 2 year old to throw the ball that high and as for dribbling:D ). Came home and did some colouring in the garden. Then I had to pretend to be batman and crawl round on my hands and knees after them:confused: , still they enjoyed it:j .

Very little flying done as did lounge yesterday but dailies done and kitchen all S & S after tea. :j Just got to put the BM on before bed.

    So tomorrow I shall be:-

    Thursday - Bathroom and study

    Level One
    Clean toilet and sink
    Level Two
Clear clutter from floor - nothing on floor
Clear any clutter from desk - DH did Monday night:D
    Clean bath
Clean floors in these rooms(even if it is around clutter)
Wipe keyboard and mouse (these usually have more germs on than your toilet so important)
    Level Three
Dust PC and desk - DH did Monday night:D
    Wipe down tiles in bathroom
Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required
    Clean windows
    Declutter Mission Task
Clear clutter from any one storage area of your choice, drawer, cupboard, room etc. If it's stuff to be sold don't forget today is half price listing day on ebay.

If you have no children or spare rooms then enjoy your weekend, as those are on the list for tomorrow

    Also need to:-

    Put WM on
    S & S Lounge, Kitchen
Trip to veg shop for veg for tea
    Pre-school to and fro
    DD1 friend coming to play

Thats all I can think of for now, sure I have forgotten something.

    Well done everyone:T
